At Lax, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best performance on the field. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective equipment are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
